j vs. y reading

“You can’t judge a book by its cover.”  Yes, many people say this, but then judge others by the way they look.  A major example would be the mayor of Detroit.  When he first came in to office, he was young and just out of college.  People thought he would make a great mayor.  Unfortunately, within a year, they discovered he hadn’t yet helped Detroit and was spending money on private jets, new cars for his family, and other expenses he couldn’t justify.  Therefore, you should pay attention to the phrase, “You can’t judge a book by its cover,” and do some research before you decide how you view a person.
