RE: Policy Number 43681345
Dear Mr and Mrs Chou;
We are sorry, that we cannot provide the additional protection that you requested. Because you have made 5 claims in the past four years we cannot provide the $500.00 Deductible Comprehensive Coverage on the ’90 Ford Probe that replaced your old car. Nevertheless – Bodily Injury and Property Damage on the old car have been transferred to your new car.
Although we are temporarily providing the protection while considering your request we will be unable to continue providing it; you will be covered by the protection only until 12:01 o’clock (A.M.) on Dec. 26, 2006. You will, therefore have a 3 week period in which to apply for the protection elsewhere.
Please understand Mr. and Mrs. Chou, that our decision was made after thorough consideration of your case and based upon the underwriting rules of our company.
All of your other coverage, remains in full force as it was before your request.
Sincerely,
Caroline Snark
